This was one of our favourite projects, converting an old stable into a breakfast room.
The uncomplicated space coupled with its profound heritage is simply the most inspiring canvas to design from, and requires an undemanding creative approach. Contemporary lines were used to enhance the existing textured clay walls and the vineyard landscape was transferred onto the front of the bar counter by way of a simple line drawing. The combination of elegant oversized light fittings and raw materials brought the various elements in the space to life; giving true meaning to the words “re-purposed”.
