We successfully achieved the project’s objectives, while affording the brand a revived look. Our favourite element from the previous installation – our glass display bread boards, which were inspired by dough draping over steel bars – finally received the presence they deserved. We further echoed the fish form through shelf supports and created a relaxed atmosphere through our hand-scripted, custom graphic displays.
