Our client required an all-encompassing refurbishment for an extremely outdated beachfront house.
Thorough planning and thoughtful consideration of every area turned it into practical living spaces, fitting a modern home. Our execution included architectural planning; conceptual & interior design as well as decoration & styling. We maximised the effect the surrounding sea and landscape would have on the experience of each space; and purposed the most wind-sheltered, north-facing area as a central courtyard, becoming the “heart” of the home. The extensive two-year project has become one of Xperiencemakers most distinctive, all-encompassing residential creations.
