Our journey with Charles Back started over 15 years ago. During this time, we have earned his trust and with this came an incredible design opportunity. Back gave us a blank canvas to create the all-encompassing concept for his new venture – Back’s.
The creative process began by discovering the essence of the brand. We took an analytical approach, asking questions, questioning the answers and exploring the design possibilities from every angle. How would people first experience the space? Would it relate to Back’s products and service offering? We wanted people to experience the brand immediately – to communicate its authenticity instantly, without explanation.
Design has a tendency to overcomplicate itself at first. By adopting an analytical approach – we were able to eliminate what wasn’t needed and find the core of the brand and its look and feel. This resulted in a space so true to Back’s that it has no expiry date.
